A Clear Approach to Returns
We want your Seedoxa shopping experience to be straightforward. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our support team before returning any product so that we can review your request under the conditions below.
RETURN CONDITIONS
When a Return May Be Accepted
If you wish to request a return, contact our customer support team before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior communication may be delayed or may not be eligible for processing.
Returned products should generally:

Remain in their original condition

Include original packaging where applicable

Include enough order information for us to identify the purchase
RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
Who Pays the Return Cost?

Important
Unless the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue, defect, damage, incorrect item or another error attributable to Seedoxa, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and any reasonable costs associated with returning the product.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable when the return is based on a change of mind, an incorrectly ordered item or another reason that is not caused by a product quality issue or an error on our part.
EXCEPTIONS
Products That Cannot Be Resold
Seeds, bulbs, corms and similar garden products can be affected by opening, handling, moisture, storage conditions or contamination. For this reason, products that have been opened, used, planted, altered or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may not qualify for a standard return.
