GENERAL INFORMATION
- You can produced new seeds from your growing plant.
- Germination tests of our products have been carried out and the germination rate is over 80%.
- Do not forget to visit our store to browse our hundreds of varieties of vegetables, fruits, trees and flower seeds.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- All the products you buy from our store are sent in one package.
- Delivery times published by the carrier company and usually between 7-20 days and depends on the country.
- We offer 3 options for shipping. The 1st option is shipping with economy post fee (Untrackable, automatically applied option). The 2nd option is shipping with standart parcel number fee (Untrackable, optional). The 3rd option is shipping with tracking number fee (Trackable, optional). Economy post is free for orders over $35. (These new shipping options updated on July 23 and available for orders after Jul 23).
- Please write your details such as avenue, street, house number in your delivery adress. We can not send occur only at addresses with a PO Box. If insufficient addresses, we will contact you.
- Sometimes there may be delays caused by customs. In case of delay, we have an additional 10 business days of waiting time in addition to the delivery time calculated for your order. But orders are usually delivered on time.
- If the delay continues at the end of the waiting period, we can send you the new products or give a different offer you. Please contact us first if you experience any problems with delivery.
